Never tried Iodine. I have tried most everything else. None of which made a big difference.

Prescriptions - for me is hit or miss, its a 50/50 shot every time I take FloMax or Alfuzosin.

If your lucky you will be part of the 50% who never have an issue.

Avg. prostate growth is about 2% per/year. Working backwards I calculated mine started growing when I was 23. That's 40 years. I'm lucky in the sense that my prostate is only 55g. Unlucky, I have a large median lobe and high bladder neck, which is causing all my issues.

Since, April of this year, I've been intermittent fasting using the 18/6 regiment. I fast for 18 hours with a 6 hour window for eating. This resulted in 14 lbs loss, but no real improvement in my condition.

My last ditch effort to try and shrink my prostate, which I'm on day 46, seems to be helping. My voids are down from 5-8, now 2-3. My flow is up from dribble to weak and good stream. I noticed this around day 40. I'm not so stressed all the time, which is great. I still get up at least 8x at night, last night I was down to 3 (day 45).

    What I've been doing:

On an Empty Stomach 1st thing in the morning, wait at least an hour before eating.

2 table spoons of Organic Lemon Juice CONCENTRATE mixed with 2 teaspoons(10g) of Modified Citrus Pectin and a glass of water.

Taking half of the above dose is considered maintenance. I'm trying to shrink the prostate so, I doubled it.
