After unprotected sex about two weeks ago, everything seemed fine until three days ago. I have noticed this sore lymph node on my left side kind of hard to the touch no fever no night sweats no weight loss no discharge no itching or anything like that. Just a single groin lymph node lymph node what can this possibly be?
